3. User Obligations
As a client, you agree to:

- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.
Refund policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Please review your specific agreement for refund eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. DBN retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All pre-existing intellectual property, templates, and tools remain the property of Dream Builders Network.
6. Limitations of Liability
DBN provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DBN is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
